  • Khan Salamalikis

    Being in the industry for over a decade, Khan has been fortunate enough to come across wonderful individuals and has made it his mission to improve peopleโ€™s lives through the values of strength and fitness training.

    His main passion is strength training and is determined to help people move, feel and look better through this discipline.

  • Sam Burgess

    Sam has been in the industry for 7 years now, and itโ€™s his passion to help you be the best version of yourself!

    Heโ€™s a strong believer that strength training and movement are the key to life, and loves he gets to wake up each morning to help individuals be at their best.

  • Here at The Barbell Project, we cater to anyone who is keen to better themselves and reach that fitness goal. Whether youโ€™re a newbie and looking for a place to start out, or youโ€™re a full-blown gym junkie who loves the grind, weโ€™re for you.   • Not at all! In fact if you feel you are unfit then the gym is probably the best replace for you right now. One thing is certain though, with our energy and passion for helping others youโ€™ll soon be as fit as a fiddle after joining.

  • You can come as many times in the week as youโ€™d like, the trainers are highly qualified to make sure you donโ€™t burn out and avoid risk of any injuries through overtraining, so your in the safest hands possible, my friend.

  • Yes! Though we don't have a Creche, we have a Kids Corner with toys, books and a TV. They are your responsibility whether they are in the room or end up joining you for your session right beside you! (it happens!).
